Your digital purchase

Each product is purchased separately with one payment. There is no recurring subscription. This initial licence is for one named therapist to use with their own clients; sharing accounts, reselling, or redistributing the game is not permitted.

Online and offline

After approval, sign in through this website to access your product. You can activate up to two devices. Offline copies require an online purchase check every 60 days, with no additional payment. New purchases, account changes, and updates need an internet connection. Clearing browser storage can remove offline copies.

Offline access reduces dependence on an internet connection but does not provide permanent independence from this service. The 60-day verification requires Therapy Gears and its hosting service to remain available. One-time purchase does not promise perpetual hosting.

Payment and support

Add products to your cart, prepare the WhatsApp order, then review and send the message to +961 81 691 217. Prices not listed, availability, payment arrangements and delivery charges are confirmed in the conversation. No payment is processed by this website. Digital access begins after Therapy Gears confirms payment. Do not send card numbers or passwords in an order message.

Your information

We record your account identifier, name, email, digital order requests, access status, and activated device identifiers to provide digital access. Your cart is saved in this browser. When you choose to open WhatsApp, the order message is shared with WhatsApp; a digital order includes your signed-in account email so we can unlock the correct account. We do not collect payment-card details through this site. Certificate names are processed locally and are not uploaded. Avoid entering children’s personal information in account or payment fields.

Sign-in and service providers

Sign-in is managed by this website’s authentication provider. The hosting service stores account, order and access records. WhatsApp receives the order details you choose to send. Making the shop public does not change the sign-in method.

Browser storage and shared devices

The website stores your language preference and shopping cart in your browser. Offline play stores a device identifier, an account identifier, the licensed name and a copy of the game on that device. Use “Sign out & clear this device’s offline copy” on shared devices. Certificate names remain in the open game and in files you export; close the game and remove exported files when appropriate.

Data requests and retention

Account, purchase and access records are retained to provide your products and handle support. This version does not automatically delete these records on a fixed schedule. Contact Therapy Gears on WhatsApp to request a copy, correction or deletion of your information. Requests are reviewed manually; deleting access records can affect purchased-product access. Temporary request-limit counters expire after one minute and are cleared on subsequent requests. They do not store your IP address or email.

Guided practice

The games support adult-guided practice. They do not diagnose speech disorders or automatically judge pronunciation. Mouth movements are simplified illustrations. Sound targets and teaching cues should be selected by a qualified professional.
